Many of our customers with smaller networks or stand alone systems don’t have the need for formal maintenance contracts. That’s exactly why we offer customers a pay-as-you-go service based on the time spent by our technicians in resolving an IT issue. You receive the same highly focused on-line or on-site support that our contracted customers receive but without the overhead of an ongoing contract.
