It’s easy to get in to the position where most people have a printer on their desk but it doesn’t take long for it to get out of hand. So ordering replacement toners and cartridges can turn in to a bit of a headache, especially when you look at the costs. We can work with you to review your requirements and then recommend the best way forward. In reviewing what you need, we’ll look at:
- What everyone needs to print, is that colour, A4, A3 or larger?
- How much has been printed in say the last 6 months (sometimes the best way to work this out is to look at how much paper you’ve ordered)
- See what you’re spending on cartridges and toners
- Do you need secure printing? For example, payroll data or confidential documents
Once we have this information then we can recommend ways to print more efficiently and therefore save money. This may be by replacing the small desktop printers with larger workgroup printers or a more simple solution of changing everyone’s default printer settings so they print in mono instead of colour.
