Most of our team have worked in large organisations and all studied IT during their formative educational years and now bring a wealth of experience across all key disciplines within the environment in which we work.

Liz has almost 20 years experience of working in the IT industry – starting with West Sussex County Council, then BOC, followed by XO Communications and then Waytime, which she co-founded in 2004
Began life as a hardware engineer in the late eighties, progressing to support analyst and present day IT consultant, co-founder and company director
10 years experience working in the IT industry starting work with multiple schools, moving on to in-house support in a solicitors’ firm then to Waytime
David joined us in September 2017 as our Helpdesk Manager. He has great experience in first and second line support and he’ll be the one making sure your tickets are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Andy has over 10 years’ experience in IT support and has worked on various service desks and as a general IT support technician
James has been working in IT for over four years and now specialises in first line technical support
James joined us in September 2017 as our 1st line support technician.
